  • Inability to possess firearms or ammunition
  • Inability to vote until sentence completed

Levels of Felony
There are five kinds of felonies in Ohio. They range from fifth degree felony to first degree felony, first degree felony being the most severe crimes. They carry different maximum sentences depending on the severity of the crime.
